Paw Paw and Dad's Visit Part II

Saturday we watched LSU beat Mississippi State at Coosh's with a few LSU Alumni in town. Represented were Graduates from 1948 (Paw Paw) to 2008 (Me) We had crawfish pie, pastalaya, boudin balls, and pecan pie...

Later we went home and made shelves for my bathroom closet and dad cleaned out the garage the rest of the way. It is a triangular closet so we had to make triangular shelves. No brackets required. Paw Paw taught me how to cut 1" wide long strips and screw them into the wall, then use the circular saw to cut the lumber. That old man knows his geometry.

    What a great time....I know you will enjoy your PLACE! It is a major thing!
    I love the red couch...I don't think I could talk Uncle Steve into a red couch, but I really think it might look good with our MORNING SUN walls...
